Diet is a perfect way to stay healthy, I think nobody will doubt it. When I was a girl my mom said fruits and vegetables are the best foods for women, whatever body shape or skin condition, it doesn’t mean we all have to be vegetarians, there should always be balance. Since that time I start to have a habit of drinking or eating 3 different types of fruits each day. During MFW I joined ” Beauty Foods” event by Moschino, which made very nice fresh juice to everyone on live, people will also take some fruits or vegetables when they leave. It was a totally lovely event , also it inspired me to share some my fruit diet experiences with you guys.
Fresh orange juice and lemonade are the most common drinks I have everyday. Sometimes I am too busy to eat, I will go to get myself a cup of fresh orange juice.( I know it isn’t a good thing to eat irregularly…) Usually after meal I will have a glass of lemonade to relax my stomach.(Also it is really helpful when you want to keep weight…) But my favorite is…avocado shake! Sounds weird I know, you may say avocado is so much fat, but actually the plant fat doesn’t really make you put on weight as long as you won’t mix with bread or other type of things. It includes plenty of elements, even you could just eat this as normal meal. But don’t forget the number one Rule of keeping a nice figure or shape, which is to eat every 2 to 3 hours. Small meals Pref. This keeps the metabolism high, burning fats that your body does not need. When you have only 2 meals a day lets say then you body thinks it is in danger, it has to hold on and store fat. You can eat vegetable, or just meat, or both. It does not matter as long as (like I said) you keep the metabolism high. Again with the avocado, it is the best food on the planet.
Lastly, Im no expert by any means , but it is obvious that before and during any Diet which ever one you personally like you have to DETOX your body. Getting rid of toxins from your body like Alcohol for example is vital. You body contains many toxins, so do this first. Feel healthy!
