Since I came back to Berlin this month, there are a lot of designs and drawings for me to finish. Then relaxing in a cafe became the sweetest time during a day although the weather in Berlin is freezing and rainy.
Reading books is the nicest way to relax, and sometimes I also read childrens books because of the art and it reminds me of my childhood. I don’t think it is childish, actually those books always tell the meaningful things with a delightful and positive way. But it makes sense, there are many different ways to tell the same principles. Some children’s book write extremely well and beautiful, such as ” The wind in the willow”,”Little prince”, “The Secret Garden”… it is so much fun to read as well. It is the same type of feelings when I watched Studio Ghibli’s works, they created surreal fantastic worlds that we are always dreaming about, they told you such a sweet, touching stories that we are expecting to came across in our real life.
For a long time I think I do not belong to any exact field but an artist who could find passions and inspirations of creativities from any beautiful things. We all have different aesthetics because our experience differences, but our enthusiasm from beautiful things is the same. Those children’s stories just concentrate the common parts we have.

What gets me to unwind is a tall glass of Cabernet, a good book, and most importantly, a relaxing back rub from a professional massage therapist. They are miracle workers!
