Traditional oriental style is still one of the most inspired styles for fashion industry, however, most of designs only shows apparent elements from these recent 300 years such as Qing cheongsam or Edo Kimono style. But actually the most poetic and romantic eras in Asia are around 1200 years ago, which use to be one of the most peaceful and powerful era in Pacific Asia.
As the most glamours period in China, Tang dynasty has the openest cultures in the entire ancient histories. The styles for women is quite light and cozy, without too much shaped designs. The type of designs are not only practical for women’s daily life but also look flowing and elegant for events and celebrations. Nothing about feminist things, but the styles of Tang shows the women’s high status absolutely. Then this theme”Romantic Tang” is influenced by Tang’s style, but with a chic, modern way. if textile is the spirit of national fashion cultures, then I could say style is the anatomy. There are uncounted inspirations in the past or in the present, we don’t have to always focus on the same type of things again and again.

I adore that you always have a background to base your outfit on.
I noticed that you’re wearing more make-up, will this be the norm from now on? You’re pretty with and without it, and your hair is so lovely 😀
